Lazar Famous Deli & Bakery

Lazar is a family owned/run bakery. the owner is one of the most helpful, generous, precise business owners I have ever met. We have been relying on them for our cake, pastry, deserts needs and they never disappoint. The taste is always the same mouthwatering and melts in your mouth, their prices are reasonable and they’re always on time. HIGHLY recommend!

This place is a neighborhood gem! My recent visit to this place located by central parkway and confederation on a strip mall with lot of parking. There is a lot of variety of baked items and deli. There is a kitchen that also serves food. I bought a few baked items. Their pecan tarts and Portuguese tarts are highly recommended. Not to forget the chocolate fudge, strawberry shortcakes and others. Their cinnamon bun is a must try. Highly recommend this place.

Purchased a 6” Black forest birthday cake. Cake was delicious. But prices can be a little better. Like 3-5$ lesser than current. Donuts were also around 2-3$ each. But tastes good. Coffee was also good. Nice place to hangout for a while. Ambiance is good too.

What a delightful bakery. Very inviting and honestly not what I expected. There is a sit down area that is cozy and warm. So much selection. I chose a simple sugar donut. It was soft and melt in your mouth good. It was the late afternoon when I had the donut, it was still very fresh. What a pleasant experience.

A hidden gem! A bit of Europe in Mississauga, this bakery/deli has delicious breads, buns and cakes as well as a full deli counter, fresh coffees and a hot table. With the addition of an outdoor patio with 7 tables as well as indoor seating, this is a great place for lunch or to meet friends for coffee. Cakes can be made to order or just pick one from the gorgeous display case.

Great bakery options... Highly recommended... Fantastic customer service and very cooperative and friendly staff... With every occasion, this bakery is on the top of the list and they never let us down... The level of sweetness is so reasonable and rarely other bakers get it right. It's a must go to for birthday cake! And, they are halal which is best of all, we love it!

The best bakery very close to my place. It’s always crowded coz they have the best baked bread and fresh pastries and buns, cheese. I get my bread from this bakery. Best in Mississauga. I only discovered this lovely bakery after driving past the plaza where this place is located for YEARS… their caseiro loaf is to die for!!!!!!!!!!! I love the crusty outside and fluffy, stretchy inside. I’ve gotten caseiro for family members to share the joy bought 5 loaves in 3 days…! today I tried their lobster tail which was really nice. Strong orange flavour in the cream and crispy shell, at 3.99 it’s a tad pricy but definitely worth it. I’ve also had their Apple strudel and chocolate croissant and they were also very nice. Staff I interacted with bakery in the back and front cash were all friendly and helpful. :

The experience was exquisite and taste of the food was even better. This is a true deli where you pick out your type of bread, meat, cheese and vegetables. There is a great variety of items and all were fresh and delicious. I recommend highly.
