Fortunately, our home celebrates European and Ukrainian Christmas, so we get to eat hearty two times within a month. And both times we ordered plum pudding from Brick Street Bakery. We made the shipped cream, which really added, so we'll take credit for that. But the plum pudding won raves from everybody, and we just ate in silence to savor it. A great example of great baking -- not only organic and good for you but delicious!!

Love the fact that you can have a stroll along the boardwalk, head up to Brick Street for a nice Coronation Chicken sandwich, and then double-back along Queen. Makes for a wonderful stroll with some great food. The staff are always friendly, and you can even grab a coffee, espresso, or tea to go.

I know there are a few different locations but what sets this one apart is just how darn nice the staff are. I believe a lot of their stuff is made centrally at the various brick street locations then distributed (I could be wrong but I recall a staff member telling me about this). Either way everything is always really fresh and delicious. Their almond croissant is perfect. Not too sweet, flaky, just the right amount of almond paste. They do often sell out of pastries and breads so it's worth going early.

Great bakery, lovely service and lovely location! I haven't been disappointed with anything I've had there. Good for a lunch sandwich (BLTs 👌🏽) but be prepared to wait as there is usually only one person working at once.
