Good place for grabbing breakfast and or lunch. I enjoy coming here for their hot Cornish pastry, good crust and well seasoned filling. Place gets busy during different times of the day. Friendly service, staff are generally on top of orders. Not a whole lot of seating space, but there's a nearby park to bring your treat to.

This is a mixed review. The baguettes are other breads are excellent: better than other high end bakeries and at an more reasonable price. But my roast beef sandwich was disappointing: almost $10 for a few ultra thin slices of supermarket quality roast beef slathered in mayonaise, of all things, that squirted out of the bread. There were no tomatoes and just a shred to of wilted lettuce. Except for the bread, this was what you would expect to find wrapped in cellophane at a gas station for several dollars less. Verdict: stick to the bread and avoid the food.

I got there during its Christmas market period. It was a freezing night and this bakery just saved my life by its food. They have many choices of cold and warm food. The pork sausage roll is very very delicious. And the soup of that day was cream mushroom (I guess) soup. The almond croissant was also good. I love the experience that night.

One of the best places to grab a quick bite in the Distillery District; they've got savoury pies, sandwiches and a whole assortment of baked sweet treats. Indoor seating is scant, but there's a few tables out front that can be enjoyed in the summer. Always smells amazing.

Really enjoyed the bake goods here. We have been here a few times. This time we had a croissant and a nanaimo bars. Which both were very good.
