Boston Pizza

Food is good. I really love the different pizzas that they have and their lunch pasta specials are great. Lots of food for the price. My only real issue is that the prices other than the lunch specials are higher than what I would like.

Terrible service for delivery. Absolutely the worst. Have only ordered twice and both times had multiple items forgotten. And last night their attempt to rectify the situation was ONE piece of free cheesecake. On an order of over $100. Yeah I’m sure all 7 of us will share that one tiny piece. Surprised this place is able to stay open with how they run. If you can’t manage delivery then don’t offer it.

Read your Google reviews. They all say the same thing: the service here SUCKS. Just got here (and I can see 6 open tables through the window on the walk up) with a waiting room packed, and being told "It'll be 25 minute wait, we're just waiting for people to leave their tables". Uhh, I have eyes. More than a few empty clean tables. The food better be epic or I won't be back, ever. I even drove past 2 other BP's locations to get here because this one was our favorite. * Important note: the poor staff there are (probably) doing their best. I wholeheartedly hold owners/management for not staffing or training adequately.

The attention was horrible experience from the entrance to the table service. I went there cuz the last time the service was excellent and I wanted to show it to my kids that I just picked them up from the airport. That was really embarrassed from me to them. Sorry that you have a people that they don't care about your company. I can teach them how to offer a excellent customer service. Have a good day🤗

Food and service were good. No problem finding parking for 3 cars during dinner rush. How could they not serve MGD's.. major bummer.
