Lasagna dishes are vastly underrated. Most people don’t like paying for pasta. Not this customer me, as this Italian restaurant “ The Golden Boot,” is hands down, the best lasagna you will ever taste. “Lasagna Allá Bolognese”.I have had expensive lasagna before, and expensive does not mean better. Flavour speaks louder than the bank…. The layers were perfectly stacked, layer-by-layer and flavour-on-flavour. The flavour dances on your tastebuds with every bite. The Caesar salad was made perfectly and authentically not store bought Caesar dressing.nnThe environment?! It is phenomenal. It was bright, elegant, welcoming, and over all a warm feeling. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The service was spot on, and we had no issues.nnI highly recommend this restaurant, the lasagna and the Caesar salad to start. You won’t go wrong with these dishes. I cannot wait to go back, to explore the menu.
Went for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from friend, and it was delicious. Really friendly staff, and food was spot on. Pictured is Gnocchi, Spaghetti Freschi, Penne Bolognese, and Pappardelle Al Ragu Di Cinghiale modified on to Penne. Highly recommend visiting.
Great spot for pasta with an authentic feel. The gnocchi with tomato sauce is one of the best I’ve had in the area. Service is decent, though nothing standout. Parking is limited.
SO thrilled to have found this place!! Was highly recommended to come here via a Facebook foodie group. Had my birthday dinner here.nnMy brother in law left raving about the pizza, and the pastas all did not disappoint. Everything was wonderful, flavourful, and we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was not as high as we expected. Foccacia on the house for an appetizer was a lovely touch.nnService was also good, our server was attentive to our requests.nnWill most definitely be back for more!
The appetiser Bruschetta was decent and the pasta gnocchi- tomato cream was nothing extraordinary. Desserts Biscoff cheesecake, Tiramisu were pretty average. The service was very slow considering that the restaurant was crowded. Overall an avg experience. Might try again.
