Cactus Club Cafe

Love all cactus club restaurants. I've always had a good experience, the service has ALWAYS been friendly and informative. Their wait times are very reasonable, even on busy nights. The prices may be considered high, but I would say they are average compared to most social house restaurants. Lettuce wraps are a classic, and are a MUST try if you haven't already. The Kobe meatballs are an amazing Appy. The creole blackened chicken is just one of many great entrees that they have. You really can't go with this restaurant.

Worst food poisoning experience - ever! Was here a week ago and ordered the tuna stack which got me sick for a week! You don't want to know the details, but it started off with immense pain. Luckily nobody else at the table cared for any, and I am positive it wasn't from anything else I ate earlier in the day (oatmeal) which was shared. On a brighter note, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We had to wait 30 minutes for our table, which is the norm here, but because of this experience I can honestly say I am put off of Cactus Club :(

Waited less than 10 min at the bar for a table and food came quickly when we ordered. Had the tuna stack- was delicious! Friend had the jambalaya bowl which was good, but lacked any spice. Service and drinks were quick even though it was dinner time rush.

Amazing food and very attentive staff at this location. Ive been to most of them in the lower mainland and this is one of the best. They always have a smile on, treat my son with respect and the food is consistently top notch.

Service was some of the best I've ever received, food was spectacular, and they have a large all-season enclosed patio. The menu is varied and I didn't see anything I wasn't interested in, and there are a ton of adult libations and they aren't stingy with the booze. Two "negatives" were the parking lot is too small for the shopping complex Cactus Club is part of, so we parked across the street, and the outer edge of the patio can be a bit drafty.
