Excellent service and a pleasure to go into a store with staff that were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The one gentleman even remembered me and what I was looking for from last Christmas because my daughter is so tall.

The ladies in this store were so nice and EXTREMELY helpful! I came in alone to get jeans as a curvy lady, and she helped me find a couple pairs in my style and size to try on, which I loved! She only up sold the $10 member card for 10% off because I was spending over $100, and she made sure to show me the sales, I got a cute scarf for $2! She was even excited when I used my gift card to pay for it, so cute. I will definitely be back!
I’m almost in tears of joy after struggling to build the courage to buy new jeans and go through the process of trying on clothing that can be unflattering for the female millennial body…I went! And I’m so overwhelmed with how the staff treated me with such kindness and really helped me find not one but TWO pairs of jeans that complimented my body and my ego well! Thanks you so much to the Coquitlam centre staff you really made a difference today
All the staff were helpful without being too pushy. Store is clean and organized. Happy with my purchase.
I only get jeans from here, so I can’t speak to the quality of anything else, but the jeans are good. The staff however are only concerned about the sale and not in giving you information. The loyalty/discount card they have comes with a charge of $10 which they don’t mention to you, instead it’s covered up with multiple flashes of “you save 10% on every purchase” along with other it’s bits of saving if you sign up for emails, texts, etc. I repeated a few times I don’t want to sign up as I only get one style of jeans from them, maybe every few years, but the sales person insisted that I should get it to save 10%. I ended up getting the card never being told of the $10 charge, and when I looked at my receipt at home I realized what at happened. When I went to get the whole thing sorted the following week, the same sales person quickly changed their tone and refused to refund the card as “there is no way for the card to be refunded”. I had to explain several times that for my one purchase, paying $10 to get 10% on $50 jeans would mean I loose money, so there was no point I understand for frequent shoppers the savings would be greater, but for one purchase every year or two, it doesn’t help. When the salesperson finally refunded the money, there was a note on the receipt saying “insisted on getting her $10” which I though was just unnecessary to add to the customer receipt. I understand it’s a few dollars but that makes a difference for some people, and I just didn’t appreciate how the sales person made me feel like I was in the wrong, when from the start I was misinformed. I would recommend online shopping with this brand to avoid all of the extra cash grab tactics the store has employees push..
I was at the store today and was really upset with a situation I was witnessing inside the store. A young woman was walking around drinking her drink from a mug really ignoring all the health measures the rest of us were following and should follow. A teenage man working there went to ask her to keep her mask on in the store for safety reasons obviously this woman began to yell degrade and mock this man. It was uncomfortable to watch her do this as hes doing his job and keeping himself and everyone safe in there and yet she wasn't asked to leave so instead I left without purchasing anything. I won't shop at a store that allows their staff to be degraded by their customers.I felt really bad for the staff here merely trying to stay safe and keep us the customers safe too. I never write reviews but seeing how this situation played out and how visibly shooken up the staff was I think the company should look at what customers feel when this happens and is tolerated. I won't go back
