I have shopped here several times and the customer service was exceptional. However today was not ... The 2 girls completely ignored me ... One was on the floor behind the counter and the other sitting on the counter ... They were talking to each other and ignoring all customers. I had 2 dresses in my hands and wanted to try them on ... I walked past them a few times and nothing ... it was like I was invisible. Worst customer service ever!!!!

To: Suzy Shier Human Resources/Head Office Subject: Customer Complaint concerning Brentwood Mall Location in B.C. I am writing this letter to express my poor customer experience from the Store Manager who made me feel very disrespected and humiliated with her continuous lack for customer care attitude. This incident happened hours prior to me writing this complaint letter. Initially, I contacted this Manager via telephone to see if I can resolve my incorrect billing by her. Instead of handling this phone call in a professional manner, the Manager raised her voice and flat out says that the incorrect billing is because customer’s usually switch price tags around in order to get a “lower” price on any given item. I did not take kindly to her accusation and since the purchase was done earlier today...I drove 35 minutes from my home to her store to make a point that this situation needs to be clarified in person since she was the one who dealt with my original transaction. When I arrived at the store, I was politely taken care of by her part-time worker while the Manager was on her break. I explained to her the reason why I drove 35 minutes from my home to the store was because I was treated very rudely over the phone about my concerns with the incorrect pricing. The part-time worker listened to my concern and went to the clothes section where I picked out the item and came back with the same items and told me that “all” of them were “mislabeled”, which had the incorrect price and that “this was not my fault”, which means to say that I did not take the time to re-label my item with another price tag. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, the Manager came back from her break and came over to talk to me about my situation. -We did not exchange very many words except my request for a full refund or a store credit. -While the Manager was making her transaction, I was quiet...up until when the Manager says that she “cannot accept my dress for a store refund/credit”... -Then I said “ I want a ‘full’ refund/credit from my entire receipt and I would not have wanted to return all of my items if you were not so rude to me over the phone”.... -This is when the Manager immediately and continuously pointed her finger at me and threw my returned items to the side in a very rude manner -I told her that she is pointing her finger at me -This was when she raises her voice and accused me of being a liar -Then I told her “ this is not how you speak to and treat a customer” -The Manager then said she was going to call the security on me and I told her to go ahead and call the security. -At this point the Manager was very rude to me in the way she was yelling at me and so I told her to finish the refund/store credit transaction and that I will not be coming back to this location again and that I will contact her district manager to complain about this disturbing customer experience and she said yes go ahead if you want I will call her for you! This is by far the poorest customer service I have experienced and this was not about the price because I will still shop at Suzy Shier but never at this location again. This is the first time in my life that I was called a Liar ! This was more about me going back to the Brentwood Mall location to quickly clarify my incorrect billing out of principal because I was rudely mistreated over the phone and very much so in person.
