Nice staff, big eating area with plenty of light, and the food isn’t bad at all. Tried the Penne Rosa with chicken, onions, mushrooms, tomato and it was pretty tasty. Needed a bit of salt but that’s not a big deal. I wish they would offer some sort of bread on the table so you can enjoy that sauce to the last drop.
A popular place conveniently located inside Pearson Terminal 1, just in front of our boarding gate!! Tasty Italian meal with reasonable prices. Service is understandably slow due to a full house....long lineup before seating. A satisfied meal before boarding for a fun adventure!
Breakfast was good . A bit pricey though; though typical of airport restaurants. Friendly and quick service. Decent size seating area. Overall a good experience while waiting for my flight.
Our flight got delayed significantly and so we decided to come here for a full meal. Blown away by the service, the pasta was so good! The salmon was delicious as well.
The Spaghetti Con Gambretti was amazing! But the service was really slow, maybe because it is super busy, so I would advise allow a little bit more time if you plan to eat here. Back again and this time pasta of the day!
Service was fast and staff was very friendly. I ordered a pizza Margherita and a green side salad. Unfortunately the pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. And it was greasy! The salad was good, although the dressing had a taste like just another sauce you can buy.
I gave this 5 stars because the food was amazingly decent for an airport restaurant. We got the bolognese, which had a generous amount of meat and nice thick egg noodles. The salad we got was extremely tasty and fresh. My partner and I fought over the food. Will definitely eat here again when coming back through Pearson.
Food is pretty tasty. I thought I ordered a pizza but ended up with a panini. However, it tasted good and was a good meal. Beer selection is pretty limited, but a couple good options. Although, you will spend a fortune per beer. $12 plus for a drink is quite obnoxious in my opinion even for an airport.
For what it costs, I expected more. I asked for recommendations, and the waiter immediately pointed to the most expensive item. Since it was being expensed, I obliged, and I got spaghetti that was clearly store bought, with a sauce that was fine, but nothing to write home about. For almost $30 before tax and tip for that dish alone, I expected better. Save yourself the money and just go to the a&w that's a few meters away. It'll be a third of the cost, and taste better.
Nice friendly service every time I visit. The breakfast sandwiches with either sausage or prosciutto cotto best are awesome, don't even consider Timmy's! Great cappuccino's & latte's made by hand. Starbucks, my usual go-to is right across the isle but I don't even consider it.
