I ordered the Classic Druxy Reuben on dark rye bread. The meat itself was not good quality. It was very chewy, watery possibly from being frozen previously, and it just did not look fresh. Due to this, the sandwich lacked in flavor, quality and freshness. The sandwich came with a small container of coleslaw which had a strong taste to horseradish. The price of the sandwich is a bit too high. Around $11 with taxes. Staff are friendly. The restaurant appears to be clean. In terms of food safety procedures, I feel that the staff should wear masks when preparing food. Pretty much all the restaurant I have visited, staff have made the effort to wear masks. Also, considering that the covid testing centre is pretty much right beside this restaurant, I think it would be important to consider wearing a mask and gloves. As for the use of gloves, I feel that gloves should be worn when handling food. The staff member preparing the sandwich only had one glove on. I see that the restaurant has made some efforts to increase food safety procedures by installing a plastic screen in front of the cash register. So, I'm pleased to see that but I feel that improvements can be made.

very good place to wait while your loved ones are in the hospital. Healthy food options, well spaced out, comfortable booth seating with wifi access. Very good service. Thankful for this place today.
Totally unimpressed with my first visit to this place. The sandwich I ordered was the hot smoked meat. It literally had a dab of mustard, a piece of lettuce, two thin slices of tomato and two stringy pieces of meat. No pickle...and all this for ,$10. What a total waste of money.

Amazing food. Great customer service. Great seating and services. They let u customize your own salad and sandwich which was very cool.
Came in a purchased a salad with added protein chicken on it. For a salad with 3 pieces of chicken on it, one of which was a disgusting rubbery piece of grissel I wouldn’t feed to my dog. It was $15.00. Just eat at the Tims if you are here. Not worth going into this Druxys location.
Decent selection of breakfast and lunch menu items, for take away. A little pricey compared to nearby options, but good value for quality and quantity of food. Located in the hospital.
The food is always amazing and made fresh right in front of you. Very friendly staff and the place is always clean. Great place to grab lunch.
