I was en route to Europe and popped in for a $22 double Caesar. It was not mixed properly and was one of the worst efforts I've ever had. They think because it's in the airport they can charge huge prices... With no bartending knowledge. Terrible taste. Inflated price. Give it a miss definitely.
First, the food & drink menu are overpriced. Second, upset we gave any tip - my first long island was really good, my second one purchased a couple hours after walking the airport had no liquor at $14/drink this is unacceptable. I mentioned this to one of the workers and he made no effort to fix it, I asked for a new one and was shoved off and told that the bartender made it correctly she did not. Terrible drink, bad experience.
Came early in the morning hungry. This was the only place without a line up... Found out why. Staff was a bit aloof, table was dirty. Food not worth the price. Just need to add some flavour guys, maybe some salt. Hollandaise sause, was very unique, was more like a clumpy paste. The picture on the menu, looked delicious. That's what I wanted to order the one one on the menu. The napkin was great, must have been 4-ply.
The server ruined the meal. Because their system requires payment up front and we did not tip up front he changed our order to take out and told us we chose to have no service. He refused to give us plates and cutlery and said that they would not give us anymore tomato sauce that had spilled out of the take out containers. Server’s should understand that because you’re not given a tip upfront does not mean you’re not getting one you can earn one with good service. Also, a tip is not a mandatory thing they get paid to serve. This waiter should find a different job he spoiled our dining experience and the food was good
Not like there are a lot of options here, but I have never seen bar service so clunky before. Incredibly inefficient and disorganized staff, seemingly indifferent to getting orders out during peak hours. The manager stood idly by and watched the bartender rim one glass for a full minute. Please train your staff to be more proactive and responsive to customer needs.
Horrible microwaved over priced "food" We paid 170$ for a sandwhich, salad and pasta. Frozen TV dinners are better, I will NEVER come back. They add 18% gratuity to your bill and there isn't even a server, you order and pay on iPads This place is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE I wish I could give zero stars
Ordered 3 breakfasts with juices for each. Paid 106$ and 40 mins later. So instead of eating our food we had to inhale it to make or flight. Don’t care what planet you’re on bacon and eggs shouldn’t take that long
Ordered food and drinks pay and tip before you get service but in an airport I sort of understand that. Our initial food and drink order came in a reasonable timeframe however when we ordered 2 more drinks they did not appear for in excess of 10 mins. It was not a very busy time and when my husband asked where our drinks were we got a shrug off response asking had we ordered?! Honestly though they probably didn’t notice due to the intense conversations going on between the drinks servers! The drinks followed but the service was truly awful food was actually pretty good. Safe to say we won’t be retuning on our next trip through Pearson! So many better options out here but where’s the incentive for good service when you tip ahead of receiving your order!
Horrible food and bad service. The fries were raw, and when we mentioned it to our server he simply said, “that’s how it’s supposed to taste” and walked off. The pizza was also very average and overpriced. Based off of the countless negative reviews, I hope whoever comes to terminal 3 never eats here.
A busy bar inside Pearson airport. Great concept ... sit down and order via I-pad. A bit impersonal but very effective in a busy environment. Staff were friendly and helpful ... although they ran out of a staple - Jack Daniels? They substituted with an additional drink of a cheaper brand. Fair enough.
