Their Bombay Butter Chicken & Mosaic sald were really good & fresh. But the patty of my burger was burnt so it tasted bitter & burnt. What a shame! I though their burger at least should be better than any other dishes we'd ordered. But it turned out that the Indian food was the best in this restaurant ^ ^! The servers working at the restaurant were really friendly & attentive, which we really appreciated.
My group and myself were overwhelmed with this place. Our plane was cancelled so we had to stay at this Hilton very late at night. Even though the kitchen closed at 11:00pm, there was still a full page menu of food with a wide variety of cultural options. We tried a bit of everything but especially enjoyed the pizzas and hummus. Cocktails were excellent as well. We came in 5 minutes before closing for breakfast and the staff were only too happy to keep the buffet open and reassure us that there was no rush. Food, coffee, juices, and service here is top tier! 5 stars is not enough. Side-note: The hours posted on Google aren’t exactly correct, they are open for breakfast much earlier than 11:00 and open a bit later.
We had their Salmon for mains and it was by far one the best I've had in any Toronto hotel. I would recommend ditching your run of the mill restuarant for this Salmon. The staff greeted us well and was warm, top marks for hospitality.
Enjoyed a late lunch while waiting for my daughter's delayed arrival at the airport. I ordered the Mosaic salad, the Cauliflower Pizza, a glass of Chardonnay and finished of with vanilla ice cream and double espresso. Roy, my server was attentive and quick. Minor comment: the pizza was a bit too spicy, but it didn't stop me to finish it of.
Shockingly low quality breakfast. Clearly what they put out takes the least amount of effort and money to “heat up” and lay out to cool. No bacon, dubious sausage, syrup but no waffles, French toast or pancakes. It was awful. Not worth a quarter of the $30 they charge. They should have at a minimum an omelette station, better quality items, more choices, and served in a manner that keeps it all hot. I will not eat here again.
I travel extensively either for work, leisure or to reside for short periods and my experience in this hotel has been the absolute best so far. The hospitality is world class and just beautiful to experience. The warmness of the staff was overwhelming. The check-in process was a bit slow at the time we arrived but everything else more than compensated for this. As a new Hilton Honors gold member, I got a very nice unexpected upgrade to a junior suite and free continental breakfast which was appreciated as we had budgeted for the breakfast charge. The room was clean, bedding super soft and everything was in place. The restaurant staff were the best! So considerate and accommodating. I experienced professionalism at its finest. the breakfast was great enough to get you out of the door but the dinner was really tasty we had a mosaic salad, burgers and a few cocktails. If I could give this hotel and restaurant a 10-star rating, I would. After my experience here, I am afraid I might need to go back and reevaluate some of my past 5-star hotel ratings I have given as this hotel has set the bar too high for what hospitality and “home away from home” should feel like. I have never had any feelings towards checking out of a hotel but upon the end of our stay, I was really sad to see our time come to an end here. Special shout out to Frey the Mosaic hostess and all the staff at Mosaic! You all are the real MVP for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. God bless you loads!
We ate at Mosaic for dinner and breakfast and the service was very poor. We had to ask for water and drink refills as well as find our own server to be able to order food. We paid for a bottle of sparkling water in which they topped our glasses with still water and still charged us. They were not attentive to their customers. For breakfast we were told it ended at 11am however by 10:30am all of the food was gone. Very disappointed.
Hidden Gem. At the Hilto Airport, I am sure they get plenty of business from guests but if You are looking for a fantastic meal, great service, very nice atmosphere, this is the place. Had the Pizza. Very authentic and very good.Food: 5/5
Fillet Mignon medium rare was excellently timed and the mushrooms complimented it nicely. Presentation looks a little messy though and I think the dish can do without that single herb on top
I loved their wings and the sauce it came with. I must say this restaurant at Hilton is definitely the best hotel food we have had. It was fresh, juicy and loved their service.
