Caplansky's Delicatessen

Pretty good for an airport restaurant. Most of the staff is courteous and promptly serve you. It can get really busy some times it’s an airport after all! but they do their best. Food tasted fresh and they were able to accommodate our requests as well ensure our kid had had a good time! Family-friendly. They also have a relatively well priced to-go menu for in-flight food options. Tip- if you have a priority pass membership, you can get $37 off your bill for every member + guest redeemed.

The best airport breakfast ever! 5 am beer with a great eggs, bacon, and potato patty. Perfect way to start my morning before international travel. Definitely recommend this to anyone before your flight at Pearson airport

Really delicious! And reasonably priced given the location. Their bacon was incredible! Friendly and quick service. Latkes are very different from a traditional potato, they are exploding with flavor!

The food is great!. Doesn't taste at all like rushed airport food. Everything is made fresh. Give yourself about 20 minutes for take out orders and 40 min for sit-down. Their spicy mustard is amazing..makes everything taste better. I always look forward to flying out from Terminal 3 just so i can visit this restaurant. Prices are high though. A hit sandwich is $22

Delicious Ruben sandwiches with crispy and moist fries. Loved the two types of mustard we could use as well. The meat was smoky and delicious. Close to MTL style but with a bit more bite. If you are in a layover or waiting for your flight at YYZ you must check it out!

Fairly long wait for below average food. We ordered the Caplansky burger and hot turkey sandwich to go while waiting for our flight. It pretty full in the restaurant, and our togo order took just under 30 minutes. The turkey sandwich came stacked with meat, and had a little lettuce/tomato inside. Overall, it was pretty bland and tasted only of mediocre deli turkey. Caplansky's self-named burger was a very well done patty with red onion, lettuce, and tomato. Unfortunately, it wasn't very well seasoned, and mostly tasted like dry, unprepared ground beef. It was hot food in an airport, and the wait didn't make us miss our flight.

Below average restaurant. The female server and the male 'bar tender' were curt at best. Definitely not warm or hospitable. I guess they don't care about customer service as they are at the airport and don't care about loyalty! Ambience was alright. Cutlery and crockery was basic. Food tasted decent and portion sizes were good. The hasbrown thing was good. Smash Burgers just a few seconds walk away was much better in terms of customer service and even food taste!

Fantastic food and great service. Hopefully they bring the rest of their menu back since it's been scaled back because of clothing. I had a great sandwich.

Miss the original location. Airport has really shrunk the menu down. Not many options for kids. My fav is gone, tower of caplansky. Sad to see it like this now. I did have the BBLT and the bread was very good!

Good service but the food wasn't far from average [Food] I had the classic breakfast, it was okay. The eggs, bacon, and hash browns were decent, but if I had another option for breakfast I would have taken it [Service] The waitress was nice, and very friendly [Atmosphere] Airport atmosphere isn't great, but the window has a good view of the planes rolling in and out of the terminal.
