Tracey at the Wilkes Barre branch was phenomenal! She took the time to walk my husband through all options on a Saturday. Sunday we went there together and she helped us complete the room. From couch, love seat, tables, rugs and even pillows that all fit out style! When our taste got a little past our comfort level with price point she took the time to explain options to get us in under budget. Thank you to Tracey and the team for a great experience.

I recently purchased my new bedroom furniture. (December) The sales person name was Jill. Jill took the time to explain every feature. It was the euro-cottage. Jill was very pleasant and not pushie like you find in other furniture stores. I told her what I was looking for and she listened to me and took me to exactly what I was looking for . She was very efficient and did not waste my time trying to sell me something that I was not interested in . It was a very pleasant experience and to tell you the truth I was dreading going there now I’m a Bobs Discount furniture customer for life . So next time you go to Bob’s furniture make sure you ask for Jill and tell them . Bob sent you !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you JILL for all your help hope I to see you again real soon.

Well let's just say that Jessica, Greg, and Brad are awesome at Bob's couldn't find more professional sales people. I've purchased a new dining room set , coffee table and end tables today. In the summer I purchased a love seat and recliner and the furniture is well made and beautiful. Highly recommend the furniture and the service.

Bob’s is a total scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! my husband and I purchased dressers in April 2017, shortly thereafter we had an issue with the drawer falling completely down. We thought we were lucky that we bought bobs goof proof.... so we called and they sent a tech out to service it. I believe his name was rich, short kind of heavy set man... used my bathroom for about 10 minutes then barely looked at my dresser before saying it was our fault because our floors were uneven... he said to get plywood and put it under my dresser and it should rectify the issue. Now none of my other drawers had this issue and I was skeptical of his opinion but figured he’s a tech I’ll trust him... BIG MISTAKE! Plywood did not fix the issue! My husband removed all the drawers and when doing so you could clearly see the frame of the dresser bowed out, so I called bobs back through their goof proof and they said I would have to pay, when I got annoyed and asked for a manager they wouldn’t speak to me! I hung up and went through their manufacturing department instead and luckily they rectified the issue. HOWEVER the furniture IS CHEAP, you get what you pay for! And they send out that tech who doesn’t even fix the actual issue ! The goof proof is a total joke and I WILL NEVER EVER buy from bobs again. DO NOT SHOP HERE SERIOUSLY

Made our second purchase from Bobs in Wilkes Brre today. Greg R helped with both purchases. The attention to the small details is why we go. Greg is extremely personable, and takes his time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Definitely recommend Bob's to anyone looking for new furniture, who may not have thousands up front.
