Advance Auto Parts

I usually don't do this but I didn't have a good experience shopping here. I came in for 2 different parts. I told the person the parts that I needed and ended up with 2 of the same parts. I returned for an exchange and was granted the exchange, but they gave me the same part again just in a different color. I ended up going elsewhere for the correct parts. Came back and asked for a refund and was given a hard time. I understand their policy on no returns for electronic parts, but they were not even used. I was given the wrong parts. After a lot of back and forth they finally gave me my money back. That is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Me not knowing anything about cars, if I tell you the part that I need, please make sure to give me the right part. Especially if later on I will be given a hard time on getting my money back for your mistake. I should've known what it looked like but you guys work there, you should know more... Sorry.

Went here for a new car battery . Very freindly service people. Was in and out in no time at all. Can take the old one in (didn't have it with me) and they will give me a refund and dispose of it properly.

Decent place if you know Your way around cars. Staff is of no help unless they have that nifty computer in front of them.
