T-Mobile

Unprofessional and lazy customer service. I walked in to simply have my phone activated. The sales rep took my phone as if I was bothering her, did the activation and handed it to me. Didn't even ask if I had any questions or if I needed any more assistance. Her and her coworker then carried on a personal, not WORK related, conversation as I was standing there being ignored. Then, her co-worker proceeded to answer a personal call on his cell phone in front of me. I exited annoyed and then came back a few moments later for another quick question. I stood there at the front desk and the one sales rep didn't even acknowledge, ignored me, and didn't ask if he could assist me with anything else. After standing there for a while, I was forced to pose the question I had and he eventually answered. Both sales reps acted as if I should have automatically known how to handle my new phone and they looked at me as if I was speaking in "Huttese language" in Jabba the Hutt's palace in Star Wars. Quite frankly it felt as if I had entered Jabba the Hutt's palace as opposed to the T-Mobile Wyoming Valley Mall Store. All kidding aside, it was one of the worst experiences I had at that store.

A joke there service is terrible and they charge you hidden fees when ya cancel their garbage plans which and of course they don't tell ya! If your thinking about going to them think again Verizon is way better! Better service, better employees that actually care, they've never gave me a problem at all so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with T-Mobile!

The best T-mobile store to purchase new lines in Wilkes-Barre area. The service I got from sales associate Rich, the DM Steve and all other guys working there was phenomenal! They go above and beyond to meet your requirements and to make sure everything is working great before you leave the store! Go check it out!

The rating is not pertaining to this store but the service and provider. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a good experience. I get speeds far better than with Verizon. The only area that my coverage is spotty is at my home and T-mobile has gone through hoops to make sure that my experience at home is good as well. Highly recommended. The poor ratings are with one exception old and do not reflect the rapid expansion of coverage that has happened. One caveat in our area, do not bring your own device from other carriers (especially Verizon) they do not get all the the bands and therefore service will suffer greatly due to that.

The T-Mobile outlet at the Wyoming Valley Mall always has the newest gear, plans, and extraordinary customer support. They tell you exactly how it is and they relate to you. I have never been given information that wasnt relevant or usefull. Also the outlet has representatives that care and are reliable. Its nice to see a familiar face two+ years in a row that already knows what im looking for. The service is not 100% but you can just turn on your data and boom your back on the grid. I give these guys an 11/10
