Staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your selections. Best store in the mall. Great selection. If they don't have it in the store they will order it and send it right to your house.

Was looking for a bracelet for my wife's birthday . Donna and gina in the jewelry department helped me find the perfect bracelet and matching earrings for a really good price. They were extremely helpful and very polite. Glad i went to this store and met these wonderful people. I will be back and hope to see them next time. Thank you macys.

Very unreliable and pulls easy to get away tricks My mother purchased a cosmetic that came in box, and when she opened it, the only thing in the box was a cap for the top of it. Less then 30 minutes paying, it was returned and the employees said they can except returns!!! It should also be noted the way they had a big smile on their face when saying this! Watch out for customer service, especially in cosmetics department.

About two years ago, I bought Donald Trump ties in Macy's. I received a lot of compliments on their color and design. Today I find out Macy's no longer sells the ties and on further investigation I find the reason was political. Well, two can play that game. I will no longer enter your store in the Wyoming Valley Shopping Mall let alone buy an item. One who does business with the public had better keep it's nose out of politics. I'm sorry I gave you one star. You don't deserve it!!!!
