Older setup Lowe's but well maintained parking lot was in good shape carts were properly corralled. This Lowe's offers Dominic's of New York for food in front three out of the Four Seasons. All staff were properly uniforms and clean cut. Store seems to be very well staffed. Although this Lowe's does not have a smart home upscale section. This is an extremely busy Lowe's as well. Cleanliness inside of store was good.  Bathrooms are a little dated but well kept and clean, only one set of bathrooms in the rear of the store.

Lowe's no longer honors military discount at the register even with a valid active duty military id card!!! They require you sign up with "My Lowe's", I do not feel comfortable putting my military information on your website as it can be hacked and compromised. I asked the cashier to get a manager but being the mouth breather she was, that she totally ignored my request. This is not the first time I've had bad service at this store but it is the last time I ever shop there. They do not respect veterans even if they are Purple Heart recipients that shed their blood so they have the freedom to spit in the customers face. HOME DEPOT is down the road and honors their veterans and has better service. Stay away from Lowe's!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst store ever!!!! Ryan is the worst assistant manager ever. He has no care for customers. Also the delivery manager Rob has no idea what is going on. Had a refrigerator delivered and they dropped it off the truck broke the tail light on the car. After 2 days they still didn't reach out to fix the problem therefore we had to drive 20 minutes to the store and deal with Ryan. Then after he tried to explain the store policy (that he had no clue on) on the computer screen it said if damage is less than $10,000 resolve at store level. So rather than just paying for the damage they caused and getting a great review about how they put the customer first they let their ego get in the way!!!! Home depot here we come....

Employees at the store are no help whatsoever. ..they have no clue where anything is located in store  nor do they know what items they sell...hire better help and people who know the items being sold. Lots of items are sold out never replenished.

Terrible service....will not shop there again.  Awful experience...lied to by "clerk" who "helped" me..and never followed up on his word.   Only pleasant experience was when I went to refund desk and requested money I paid to be returned.
