Great dealer with great service. Maxime the salesman did everything he can to get me the best price possible.nnThe service department got me in and out for an oil change and recall in an hour and a half which is good for these days standards lol.nnKeep up the good work guys.

I have very Bad experience in this service centre ..since 2019 I come here no choice coz only one close to home ..it was good but since 2022 all change .nI found the Guy working on front desk Yanick I found his tone very bad he tried to screw my money even its cover. Under warranty.i realize every time with a problem I speak to manager he leave his desk and follow that manager donot help .nToday dated 21 nov 2024 I went for oil filter change.courtesy revived from GMC..I called 2 weeks before and book the service and a courtesy car.He refuse and said we donot do I wonder driving 28 years never saw such a behaviour like this.i went the booking centre asked do u guy provide this service or not the Lady on reception said yes ..I told her why the guy on desk said no.she went with me and spoke to him’””He replied he will drop me in his car ..I said ok ..Shame on the mangment providing this kind of commentnHe put the paper for driver to drive me but ..nIt give me a touch of racism.. Disgusting behaviour towards customers. Audacity to be racist on top of thatnShame this place has no service manager to discuss

One of the worst Chevrolet showrooms in Laval. Very poor service...racist in their treatment, undocumented...manager and employees treat customers badly.

This is in regard to Chervolet 440's service department.nnI took some time to think about it before decided to post it.nn1 out of 5 stars, it is that bad.nn3 weeks to wait for a check they claimed tire season in MAYnThey were way behind repair times, I had to raise a stink to get treated like an adult. They knew about the problems 2 hours before I arrived. No excuse.nThey gave me one quote, and whoops they forgot the tax.nDespite rather extensive repairs, they couldn't be bothered to even give my car a quick wash on the outside before returning it to me.nHottest day of 2024, free cold drinks? Nope. But if you want free hot coffee drown in it.nI am English, GM knows this since it is on my file. Let's text the English customer in French.nI asked for a report about what I am behind in preventative maintenance, whoops we forgot.nnI am not one of those customers who thinks you should roll out the red carpet every time I come in. However, given how manufacturers charge twice as much if not more for repairs they claim they can only do. A few extras here and there wouldn't hurt.nnHow much would it have cost for free cold drinks, English communications, reports, and treating me like an adult before I got mad?nnOne of their people is so out of touch, after waiting several hours and telling me, merely “we’re working on it.” He thought it was a good idea to call me after I stormed off. No customer service skills despite this being his primary function.nnI will not be going back, and I recommend you do the same in regards to the service department.

I purchased my Bolt EUV here as a used car and I had a great experience. Miguel was my salesperson and he was excellent; no pressure or sales tactic, gave me plenty of time to test drive and explore the car at my own pace, was upfront, and responded quickly to communications. I feel like you always have to be on the defense at car dealerships because of sales tactics, questionable add-ons, and upsells, but that wasn't the case at all here. I paid the price of the car + tax and nothing else. The car was in excellent shape and the price was fair. Pierre-Henri was excellent on the delivery date as well. I highly recommend 440 Laval Chevrolet, and ask for Miguel.
