The rudest and unfriendliest customer service I've ever experienced. Needed complain 5 times to finally get a normal credit card. And they even managed to mess up my bank statements causing me high costs and vast amount of work to deal with the Canadian government. Never Scotiabank again

I have had the worst luck calling this branch. It always goes to voicemail, and they never return my calls, even when I call the manager and leave multiple messages.
