Blueline Tactical Supply

I got a shooting package for two for a great deal in comparison to their competitors. They were really helpful both over the phone and in person, and were really instructive in the booth which helped as I've only used pistols, shot guns and rifles and never shot assault rifles. 5/5 stars because on top of everything service wise, the facility was spotless and impeccable cleanliness wise.

I don't normally write reviews, but feel compelled after reading some recent negative reviews. I've been a customer of the range & shop for about two years now, stopping in every few weeks. 9 times out of 10 when walking into the store I'm greeted with "Hello can I help you?". When asking for assistance or info on any of their products everyone I've encountered has always been helpful, and knowledgeable. The range is clean, well maintained, and most importantly I feel safe there. I think we all need to remember that starting with the front desk staff and ending with the RSO, SAFETY is priority one, customer service second. When you're in a relatively small room loaded with strangers shooting firearms I'll take quiet professionalism in the staff over big smiles and warm fuzzies. With that said the range staff never turns down a question, and offer insight & tips freely. Having a humble attitude when walking in always helps too. Meisha

It's embarrassing the way they treat people. There's no reason to stop here. They won't to be bothered, so don't bother them. There's plenty of better places to be served. It's easy to tell apart the reviews from their friends and family and the ones from people who have actually visited. Read enough of the reviews and you'll see a clear pattern emerge in the awful way they treat customers.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s a great space that’s very clean and new. The range is pretty much perfect, with the exception of there is no where to place your items besides your stall and the floor. The employees while maybe knowledgeable are completely lacking in any customer service skills or manners. In fact there are a few I would even call snobby asshats. The prices are on the high side but that is excepted. Also, where is Loui and the old man that used to work the range, they were nice at least..

Stopped in blueline about a year ago to inquire about buying a FN scar 17s. FN shows blueline as a licenced seller of their firearms and FN offers a law enforcement special price plan. The counter person I spoke to blew off that idea and told me they give a good LE discount. I asked them to call me when the figured out how much they could sell it to me and they just never called me. I guess they can't be bothered selling me a 3k+ weapon. Will never go back.
