Westchester Fireplace

Westchester Fireplace is extremely responsive and helpful. The pilot light in our gas fireplace was recently burning very high. They sent their technician Richard out to check the fireplace and the gas pressure in our home. When Richard discovered very high levels of gas in our home, he put in an emergency call to Con Edison. He then waited for Con Edison and the fire department to arrive. Con Edison discovered the regulator to our home was defective. Richard and Westchester Fireplace went above and beyond, and I would recommend this business for all your fireplace needs.

Had my Gas fireplace serviced. Service person was very nice and professional. My fireplace needed parts and they sold me the parts and installed them with no problem. Price was fair and people were honest. 10/10. Definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful service visit with them, with Marcello providing the upmost professionalism, knowledgable, and quick service to replace our gas fireplace remote with ease. Would definitely not recommend….. westchester fireplace serviced and replaced parts on our gas fireplace charged $750.00 , still had the problem, they told me to replaced the switch which I did and we still have the problem. I called them back to find out they don’t work on the brand of gas fireplace anymore …. I’m so upset …. The timeframe was within a few months …. Ripped me off … obviously I didn’t need to replace parts or the switch !!!! …. Will see them in court !!!

I just moved to the westchester area and never owned a home with a fireplace . I was seeking to do a gas fireplace into my existing fireplace and add fireplace doors as well . Westchester Fireplace was very helpful from the beginning recommending a local plumber to do the gas work and advising me on all the correct steps . If you are looking for a fireplace or gas log sets, Westchester Fireplace is a great place to go. I've been dealing with the folks there for several years. My latest purchase was gas log set for my home. The people at this store were very easy to deal with. Over the years we have had gas logs installed, we also bought our BBQ from them too. Recently, we just added a Dimplex electric fireplace for our bedroom. The staff is fantastic and these folks will walk you through your purchasing options to make sure you are getting the right product or solution for your home space. Highly recommend!
