Absolutely amazing customer service, sense of urgency and professionalism by Raul Muela. He approached me within 10 minutes of being there and helped narrow down what I was looking for. Paid attention to the details of my experience and openly welcomed my family when I had to bring my kids to close the deal. He has a great deal of knowledge on all vehicles and was able to advise me accordingly. He definitely deserves a raise.
The jaguar Land Rover in white plains is one of the best service teams, especially Mark the service manager. While I had multiple issues for almost 2 years, when Mark joined the team he assured me that he would take care of all the issues and to just give him a chance. I can say with confidence that if Mark says he will fix the issue it will get resolved. He stayed true to his word and even communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with any and all update!! Thank you Mark for making my experience such a wonderful and amazing one! You are awesome!!
I had scheduled an appointment for any updates. I was seen early and the appointment was speedy. I was informed that I should also replace my rear brakes, which was part of my warranty and waited a short time for that to get done. I also needed my wipers changed. I was happy with the service as well as the courtesy o received while waiting, staff offering me coffee and water while I wait. I appreciated the timeliness of all the work done as well as the quality. All my needs weee met and I had the rest of my morning to do other things. Very pleased with the service with no out of pocket expense.
Had a very satisfying experience here at White Plains Land Rover Jaguar. Right from the start our sales rep was attentive, and maintained a consistent line of communication with us. HAROLD MOTA was excellent and addressed all of our needs pertaining to the sale of our new vehicle. Very professional and knowledgeable, with fantastic follow through. Thanks Harold.
A very poor experience with this dealership. Our vehicle has a faulty back up camera, which we believe is a safety issue. LR has tried to fix it in the past, but six months later we still have no solution despite being told that it was a quick fix. Our latest attempt was to schedule a month ahead of time so they could get the parts and fix the issue. The night before drop-off, the dealership cancelled the appointment and asked to reschedule two months in the future. I have zero confidence that they will actually keep this appointment. All that being said, the people who answers the phone and makes the appointment is wonderful and professional. They have apologized and have gone above and beyond to help us.
We received wonderful service due to the professional and knowledgeable expertise of Edgar in the service department. He kept in constant contact with us, updating us throughout the process. This is not the first time we have dealt with Edgar and we look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.
My wife and I both get our car serviced here and everyone is amazing. Big shout out to David and Radha in the service dept, they are truely amazing. My only reason to remove one star is their inability to provide loaners since Covid. These cars unfortunately don’t have a Japanese level of reliability and when things do ultimately break down, having a prestige dealership such as this one not able to provide a loaner is a let down. Recently had my RR in for just over a week and had to cough up close to $800 for a rental while the car was in the shop. To the owner: buy some extra loaners! They don’t need to be JLR cars by any means but having a reliable few loaners for people is what sets dealerships apart. That being said we sold my wife’s Jag for a Volvo and that definitely played a part in our decision making.
Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealer a little over a week ago. Car was said to be in tip top condition and supposedly came with a warranty from the dealership. Upon having an oxygen sensor malfunction while literally driving the car off the lot, we stopped to talk to our salesman who assured us it was most likely nothing and even if it were something it wouldn’t be an issue as the dealer warranty would cover it. So we happily drive our vehicle home however the sensor still appears to be malfunctioning so we take it back to dealer to have it fixed who then claims they can’t and we would have to take it to a warranty approved shop. Upon bringing it there the mechanic informs me the rear breaks are no good despite the fact the dealer said they were fine and put an inspection sticker on the car. The mechanic also informs us that there is apparently no so such thing as a warranty. All of this is well documented and I will give future updates if the dealer decides to make this right or continue their antics. Steer clear of this dealership.
Back in July 2022 I did a 96000 mile service on my 2017 Range Rover sport, absolute gorgeous SUV. However, after about 2 months I got two warning lights that came up on the dashboard one was the oil lamp and the other was a low coolant warning. I called the the service department at Landrover white plains, to my dismay I was brushed off as though these were not important information and valid concerns that required immediate attention. Now, correct me if I am wrong. I spent $1300 for a service that would make my vehicle fit for the road, yet I am being told by a service receptionist that those issues had nothing to do with my service when the service entailed an oil and filter change, fluid top offs as well as a few other things. The two main items which would prevent the vehicle from being damaged were not fulfilled and now I am being told to wait another 9 days for an appointment and told to park the vehicle. This is a crock of you know what. That’s the only car I have that I paid to keep in good running condition and because of their short comings and poor service not to mention the poor customer service they want me to park my car. Not what they claim to be. I wanted to post pictures here but somehow I am not able to.
I'm a loyal Land Rover and Jaguar buyer. I've owned 2 LR's and a Jag for well over 20 years. When it comes time to purchase my "next" Rover I typically do a nationwide search for a gently used off lease vehicle with a Full CPO and high spec. I saw just that vehicle come up when looking for a new Range Rover for my stable. The team at JLR White Plains especially Johnnie Magirescu my sales associate. Took the time to help me understand the vehicle and options even though I was 1500 miles away. Purchasing a car remotely can be very difficult, and quite stressful but the team at JLR White Plains made all the provisions and assurances needed to ensure my satisfaction and comfort through what can be a difficult process. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for a future JLR purchase.
