Lydia from Customer Pick-Up AND Natasha from Customer Service deserve a raise. These employees went out of their way to find/hold an ítem that my great nephews want for Christmas. I was trying to purchase a last-minute Christmas tree which I understand is difficult. When I was finally able to find one it was not labeled nor did they have a picture of some sort for me to verify what was in the box. So basically I was told I was purchasing a mystery item. And I couldn't find out what was in it until I left the store. That was ridiculous. I was left with more difficulties at the register when they could not remove security tags and left me waiting for another 20 minutes while they retrieved another item. When they finally did return the lady took my money and walked away. She did not state follow me for your change I had to just assume. There was two staff members that were friendly and for the most part helpful but the rest of them basically told me to they couldn't help me because they didn't know anything.

I was always treated with respect in Walmart every time and during my lunch time I walk from my job to Walmart to pick up even one Item. Today I wish I never went. The Attendant at the self checkout was very rude when I requested his assistance. The machines which usually show to begin scanning never did. He took the item and scanned it. Not seeing the options of payment type I asked him if the machine took cash he screened at me asking if I ever used the machine before. I did not respond and he screened at me again. I said yes and he went on. I did not even get a chance to say the screen was different. Walmart something is wrong with that man. He needs to be sent to anger management before dealing with the public. I will think twice before going back to that store. I will think to wait on the weekends to go to the one in Weather's Field CT When I go to my second home.

I loved this Wal-Mart. Went shopping for Christmas and the prices were great. There were so many people there but the cashier worked very hard and fast. We were out in no time at all.

A frequent stop for me when visiting White Plains. Walmart still offers great prices (labor disputes aside). Long lines can be a frequent issue, so please allot a good amount of time for shopping. There are tons of good items at great prices. I think it's good for home items although you should check online prices before ordering electronics.
