Best Buy

Made my visit today, was provided with outstanding service which exceeded my expectations including great deal offers. Did not have to search for help, staff were on point, welcoming and extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning very soon... tomorrow ;-)

as always Best Buy has absolutely terrible customer service. Stopped shopping at all Best Buy’s years ago and should’ve stuck to it. Walked in to buy a dryer which we asked for help and the employee disappeared on us, leaving us to use google and figure out which dryer to get. Then we found one which was listed $100 more than P.C. Richards. We had to search for help as we waited to let them know which dryer we wanted. Then the guy tells us it’s out of stock and can’t get it anymore. I left the store and looked online, it was available. I called from the website and was told there are plenty in stock don’t know why they’d tell you there wasn’t. Was supposed to get 10% off for a coupon I received in mail and was on phone for an hour switching to different people telling me they can’t help me. I eventually gave up, said to myself what am I doing? I went to P.C. Richards and bought it cheaper and discount on top of it to match the 10% off Best Buy was supposed to give me. No problems. Quick and easy. Best Buy is always the worst. Do yourself a favor and just go to P.C. Richards.

I have been impressed by the level of customer service at this location. I had some issues with a computer return and Matt, the store manager, took care of it. I exchanged a TV here a year ago and the Customer Service folks got me an excellent deal on my new LG tv. (Great TV!) I strongly recommend this BestBuy.

Great place with parking and plenty of gadgets. I bought and AC last summer and a digital camera the summer of 2010 before my son was born. Also I purchased a LED TV for a great deal. Love the price match program they have at this and all BEST BUYS'. Highly recommend.

I love coming to this Best Buy in Hartsdale they are always respectable and clean ..Always caring towards the customer ..I had the same salesman That I had the first time I came to purchase a computer ..Donovan ...He is great and I truly was glad to see him..He helped with purchase another DELL ALL IN ONE TOUCH SCREEN COMPUTER ..made sure I was covered by the Geek squad as he did the first time I purchase a Dell....was so positive in attitude.. I truly appreciate Donovan and it was great seeing him again
