New Balance Westchester

I’ve been a New Balance fan for many years. They offer many products in wide widths, and a few of their products are still made in the United States. But you can get their products pretty much at any good shoe store or online for that matter. But here, the staff is extremely well trained. They listen, they probe to understand your true needs. There’s also good old-fashioned shoe store customer service. They measure, they put on the shoes, lace them up, etc. Happy to support a local business (this store is a franchise) with such exemplary customer service. Have bought at least 3 pairs of sneakers here over the years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Very professional service fitting my senior citizen Mom with some new sneakers. The staff was extremely patient and we will definitely be back.
