I am very happy with the treatment I received. Chirag was professional and one of the nicest medical professionals I've ever met. He helped me recover from my initial shoulder injury and the pain I had in my back and other shoulder from compensating for that injury. The front desk staff are always friendly and it is very easy to book and reschedule appointments. The clinic itself is easy to drive to and has lots of parking.

I should have looked at the reviews before I chose this place. As many people mentioned, he never asked how I was doing and having any other problems. He just did the same treatments over and over without asking their effects. I think his acupuncture is not professional. My shoulder got more trouble after his acupuncture. They seemed to be only interested in making money. He seemed to make use of the system. Surprisingly they made report my condition to WCB 2 weeks after I moved to the different Physio. I wonder how he knows my condition because he never diagnosed me during his treatment.

They gave me no diagnostic test. On my first session, he didn't even touch my neck once the area I was complaining about tightness in. Every session I went to, he just put these electric muscle stimulation device on me and walked away. He never asked if the treatments were working or how I felt. The clinic is set up like an assembly line. The only reason they are able to be flexible with appointments is because he is poorly treating 6-8 patients at once.

Flexible appointments. Excellent physios especially Chirag. Female physiotherapist is also available on certain days for women patients. Most importantly the front desk receptionists are way better than the other clinics I have visited. They are quick, know their jobs and importantly treat you nicely. Not giving the 5 star because its never open on weekend.

I had been in vertigo problem for many years. I relied on prescription drugs for over 15 years. However, several times during my driving, I felt vertigo, though I prepared the drug and water in the car, but it was so dangerous since I nearly lost control of my body. Since then, the vertigo problem no long appears, and I stop the proscription drug for this problem. Alan Ching save my life! Alan is very knowledgeable and friendly. Through his treatment, my shoulder pain and back pain have been significantly reduced. Alan Ching is the best therapist I had met in my over 30 years physical therapy treatment.
