It looks like they removed my review even though it didn’t go against Googles standards AND it wasn’t spam. I posted a photo of the receptionist asleep at her desk when I walked in. Which was completely unacceptable. I wasn’t greeted at all when I came through the door and waited on the reception to even acknowledge I was there. I won’t repost the photo because that’s likely why it was removed but I will not take down my honest review. I let the PA know about the receptionist and the crazy wait time and she was defensive and walked out of the room and slammed the door. Comes back in with the doctor. I explained to him that I wasn’t happy with my experience so far at their office and my lack of treatment. The doctor was EXTREMELY patronizing and unsympathetic to my injury and what was happening with the lack of care I had received or didn’t, rather. I waited for an hour past my appointment time just to be treated that way no less and drove far out of my way to go to this location. When I asked my attorney to switch locations to a closer location, due to the unprofessionalism, I was notified that the same doctor floats to all the locations- he is the only one. Don’t waste your time with this office.

Had my first procedure with Momentum today. As a former healthcare giver, I appreciated the streamlined, well organized health organization they run. Over 4xs they confirmed what they were doing, my identity, down to confirming with the dr before i went for my nap and procedure in the theatre. I feel much better where they worked and as promised they called to check on me 4 hrs later. A model healtcare experience,Thank Dr Chaudry and staff for relieving my pain.

My wife was referred here under legal consultation to review MRI results with a "surgeon". An individual not listed on the company website was the treating "doctor" and spent a grand total of 8 minutes with her. My wife is a health nut and extremely healthy. She happens to have an injury and needed a detailed explanation of the next steps and recommendations from a medical professional. The doctor told her 3 time to Google the operation and provided no explanation of what the procedure entailed, risk rates, success rate, failure rate, or patient testimony to support his recommendation. When my wife requested a success rate she was told "it's very good" which is hardly sufficient for a life changing operation with a moderate amount of risk. When she requested additional information regarding the procedure a torn piece of paper was provided with 7 words was provided. 7 words for a surgical operation that is life changing and inhibits many aspects of life. I've attached the photo including the Momentum Spine logo illustrating the truth of this horrifying event. They should be turned in to the Better Business Bureau.

My experience at Momentum has been phenomenal! Everyone whom I encountered during this entire process proved to be well deserving of my praise and gratitude. Aaron was my driver and provided superior customer service and his driving was awesome. I felt I was in safe hands and he was friendly. Jason...this guy’s sense of humor is memorable; yet he’s professional and I wish him all success in his future endeavors. Lori was great! She put me to sleep. Cynthia was by my side and greeted me with a smile when I awoke. I appreciate the staff so much and I would highly recommend Momentum for a lumbar steroid injection.

Dr. Urbiztondo and the entire staff are very friendly. Everyone made me feel completely at ease for my procedure. Environment is extremely clean, but the staff makes it feel less clinical when talking to you. My follow up appointment went very smoothly. I had a bad experience with a clinic before coming to Momentum and was worried about what I would go through with them. I hope I don't need their services in future, but if I do, Momentum will be my first choice.

Aaron called to let me know what time and how long it would be before he was to arrive and take me to my appointment. Aaron made my ride very pleasant we had a lot to talk about. I was pleased with the service I received. Everyone I spoke with was nice and friendly. And the doctor took the time out and explain and showed me what's going on with me. I highly recommend the clinic.

My Transportation was wonderful, very pleasant and kind. Once arrived things were a bit dif Two ladies were too sleepy to say good morning. One walked to the refrigerator, looked right at me but, said nothing and the second one came in the entrance in which I am sitting in front of and said nothing, until I said good morning, then reluctantly she spoke. Felt like I am a bother. I’m nervous and in pain... it’s the least.

Dr. Urbiztondo and his staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating. They do an exceptional job in follow up . My experience as a patient felt personal, caring, endearing. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Dr. Urbiztondo was a friendly face during my first visit! I had a great experience with him - the procedure was smooth and friendly, there was no wait time with him, and I felt very comfortable with him. The building is very clean and there were no delays. Much better than any other place. I would really come back to him again in the future!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Choy was exceptional. He was thorough from start to finish, and he really showed genuine concern for my well being. The procedure went great, and I felt so comfortable during my experience. Aaron was great as well. When he arrived to pick me up, he was so sweet, and generous.
