Great first experience. Welcoming entrance/ lobby, and clean setting. Full length 45 min full body massage and a wonderful experience. Clean, professional and a really good quality massage. I genuinely felt the message tech Monika cared about my well being, and took interest in having me back.
My son hurt his ankle playing volleyball so I took him to see Peter at Propel physiotherapy. Peter was very professional and made my son and I feel comfortable. He took the time to access the injury and to come up with a plan to get him back on the court and back on the ice quickly and safely. I have 100% confidence in Peter and I would recommend him and Propel physiotherapy. Thanks Peter!
Alyda is as close to a real life sorceress as I've ever met. There is quite literally nothing she hasn't been able to help fix when it's not working the way it should be. If you need physio and want to feel better than you are don't walk, run to Propel and book an appointment with her. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
Got here with a pain in a shoulder joint and problem with a knee after recent fall skiing. They say you'll get combined discount if you come with multiple problems just kidding lol. Doctor Peter Yee took the time to do the assessment and some practices, and I actually felt relief and improvement right from the first visit. In addition, Peter was super nice personally. 5 star deserved, thank you!
I had appointment with christina and she was very nice the environment was nice and clean. The only issue I had was billing . When I booked my appointment I specifically asked to check if it is fully covered under my insurance . The receptionist check the chiropractor and said first visit you will have to pay 20 and pelvic phsyio is covered. On the day of appointment I had to pay 43$ to my surprise for the pelvic phsio I just couldn’t say anything and paid but then didn’t book my following appointment.

I had pain from a shoulder and elbow injury and went to 3 different physios in the SW area but was not able to find professional and knowledgeble care. I was about to give up when a friend told me about Propel Sports. I had an appointment with Jill and she is helping relieve the pain. Her fingers found the exact source of the problem. She gave me exercises to do at home, which are helping, and the heat and massage she gave me at the clinic is gentle but effective in pain relief and hopefully to help to prevent frozen shoulder.
I had my first appointment with Stacey and will be going back. She listened to my concerns, worked out some very tight spots and gave suggestions for things I could do at home. I would definitely recommend her.
Megan is a miracle worker. I limp in witha hugely swollen ankle and I leave with it moving again. I wouldn't be healing as fast as I am without her.
Shelley is fantastic! She's caring and knowledgeable, personable and thorough. She listens intently and is just great overall!
