The girls are so amazing ! So funny and welcoming. They are definitely accommodating by trying to work with you on ensuring you can get in for an appointment. I had acupuncture for my first time and the lady was amazing and just awesome. This is the first time in 5 years that I don't have pain in my shoulder. She definitely worked her magic! I highly recommend coming here.
Great customer service. Very friendly staff. I have had physio with Faith and Hercules and they have been the best i have had so far. Faith diagnosed my problems on my first visit to her much before my MD did with radiographs and Ct scans. I have had massages and acupuncture from Rejuvenation as well, I would strongly recommend Rejuvenation health services.
My sister has an issue with toe walking and was told to walk around at the front by the physiotherapist she was supposed to meet, and that person who shall remain unnamed called over her coworkers and the receptionist to watch. My sister felt humiliated and like a freak show, turning her off from physical therapy for a long time. Highly unprofessional behaviour.
Great customer service, very quick booking and very small waiting time. Dr. Hercules Grant is brilliant and diagnosed my nerve issues weeks prior to the doctors figuring it out. Frederic is also very educated and a well rounded massage therapist. You absolutely get what you pay for here. You’ll most likely receive different types of healing services in one hour to meet your needs. When I walk out of this clinic I’m hopeful that I’ll have my body strength again and my pain goes from a 6 to a 3. I recommend it to everyone!!
This company has been nothing but professional with me. Very easy process to make an appointment, quick and efficient on-boarding process, and very happy with the therapeutic massage treatment I am receiving. I recommend them.
I've gone to rejuvenation for several kinds of services including massage and physio therapy. They are always helpful and timely. I am especially pleased with the results of physio on my jaw. I didn't know that it was possible to use physio and massage to help jaw pain, clicking, and locking. It's been over a couple of years since the last treatment, but the work Faith and her team did on my jaw has still paid off in reduced pain and discomfort. I am so grateful for the lasting effects.
After a sports injury I was nervous about starting physiotherapy, but knew I’d need to if I wanted to get back to moving as normal. Faith and Hercules are instructive and caring therapists, and their staff are all friendly and quick!
I have had nothing but great customer service from everyone that works in this centre over the last few years. From last minute massage bookings, to cupping. I have made sure to refer the therapists at Rejuvenation Health Services to many of my family and friends.
Very professional and comprehensive care focused on Physiotherapy, massage and similar related disciplines. The staff truly care about making you pain free, and they achieve that with their treatment and education plans as well as access to products you may need to achieve those goals. I highly recommend Faith and Grant if you have any physiotherapy or massage needs, and want to live a pain free life.
