My son hurt his ankle playing volleyball so I took him to see Peter at Propel physiotherapy. Peter was very professional and made my son and I feel comfortable. He took the time to access the injury and to come up with a plan to get him back on the court and back on the ice quickly and safely. I have 100% confidence in Peter and I would recommend him and Propel physiotherapy. Thanks Peter!

Been seeing Dr. Wilson for years now. She always listens to my latest complaint and is very intuitive in her actions. She finds pain I didn't even know was there. Unless I move away I'll always consider her my chiropractor.
Always a great clinic to visit. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with whatever you need. Great experience being able to book online with the Physio of your choice and have benefits direct billed. Peter is a very knowledgeable Physio and provides great advice and treatment for weekend warriors like myself and for elite athletes. I don't want to go here often as it means something is wrong but always enjoy my visits when I do.
Alyda is a very professional and attentive physical therapist. She is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Alyda Bauhuis.
Shannon is excellent! I’ve been seeing her regularly for about a year for neck, shoulder and upper back tension and soreness. She is professional with a calming demeanour and I feel very comfortable in her care. Her intuition and responsiveness to the right amount of pressure as needed provides both a therapeutic and relaxing experience. I also really like the incorporation of a dynamic cupping massage and aromatherapy which has effectively helped to relieve muscle tension, especially in my back and legs. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I also want to give a shout out to Shelley and the team at Heritage Valley. I see Shelley for physio and IMS treatments. She’s very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, friendly and a great person to be around. I appreciate the high level of care and attention to get me back on track and pain free.
This was my first visit to see Pankaj. He was friendly, patiently and professionally to find out and understand where my problems before treating me. After this first treatment, he sent me a series of excercises to do at home. These excercises were clearly described and with videos. Very easy to follow. Although this was the first visit, I have already felt that he could help me to recover in more future visits. I will post more updates soon.
