Orangetheory Fitness

The entire staff, trainers and front desk, and super friendly and welcoming. The workouts are awesome and the trainers are motivational. I genuinely feel stronger since I've started working out here and more confident throughout the day after 60 minutes spent here. I'm so glad I gave it a try.

I went in thinking I wasn't going to like orange theory. I however am a competitive person and found the classes very challenging and exhausting, but found after every class I had more energy and felt stronger. I love it because it's like having a personal trainer without the price tag of one.

I loved the pace of the workout. I also enjoyed how it incorporated running and weights. The trainers are also very motivating and the music selection was on point. The fact that there are 5:00 AM classes is amazing to me.

Love the coaches at this location, the push they give you, and that every single class is different.

I have to reserve a spot in the class, which holds me accountable and there are so many times available. This make it easy for me to fit 3 classes a week into my busy schedule. I also love that it's a coach led workout, so there's never a question about what I should do. I love the heart monitor too...its nice to see how many splat points Im getting and how many calories Im burning! Lastly, I have lost 10 lbs and have seen positive physical changes in the shape of my body and how my clothes are fitting me!
