Story

Strive Fitness and Performance is a community of individuals who are always striving to better themselves both, physically and mentally. Strive is unique to other gyms in that no one is on their journey alone. Our community is welcoming and supportive.

We utilize Athletic Based Training by emphasizing the quality of movement, progressive intensity and adequate recovery. Anyone can make you tired, we WILL make you better.

It is our mission to inspire adults and athletes to reach their full potential in and out of the weight room.

This is the perfect place to workout. No where else can you go to receive the individual attention that you will get at Strive. I have been working out here for about 5 months. I came because I knew I would get lost, confused and discouraged at a big box work out joint. I have received nothing but encouragement and more muscle here. Derek is great as well as the other trainers. It's a great community.

If you're looking for a gym with a lot of fancy equipment & people than this is not the gym for you! Strive Fitness & Performance is a real gym with real people. People who support & encourage each other. People who are truly interested in improving their physical & nutritional well being. Derek is just as committed to teaching good nutrition as he is to making sure you are doing the exercises properly. We just finished a 6 week transformation challenge & with some hard work & support from Derek & my gym partners I was able to lose 14 pounds & 15 inches!!! Give Strive a try........you won't be sorry!

I've been active all my life but this facility is beyond most. The instructor did not only make working out fun but also had the knowledge to help me modify exercises while getting over an injury.

I have been a part of the Strive Fitness family for a little over a year now and I can honestly say it's the best decision I have made for myself. Not only do we work out and get stronger physically but mentally as well. Everyone at Strive works together by supporting and encouraging each other. When you have bad days there are always people ready to cheer you up. We were all strangers when we met but now we're a family. When one person succeeds we all do and we are there to cheer all the victories big or small. Derek is always available to listen to individual needs and concerns and I believe that is what sets this fitness facility from the others. If you want a place to go sweat, laugh and be part of something great look no further.

Need a place where you won't be judged for the size you are? Stop looking, Strive is the place to be. Don't let your size stop you from coming, you are welcome here! It's an amazing place where I've never once felt judged by my size. I am a work in progress and I'm only encouraged to make myself better and it's working! It's the perfect place to make yourself stronger mentally and physically. Coming to Strive is awesome and I actually love to workout!
