Highly recommended! All around a great place to either begin training or continue serious training. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever needed. And the energy makes you want to continue pushing towards your goals and creating new ones. Check it out

Very displeased with the setvices. Make sure you ask every question about when you are able to cancel because there is a 30 day notice you need to give. Not once was I told about the notice when I signed up for training as well as the workers gave me wrong information regarding who to call. So an extra 30 days and another 2 payments I have to pay until I am able to cancel. I had no problems with the gym until I tried to cancel my personal training and was not able to be connected with anyone on the phone.
