I have been doing personal training here for almost 2 months now. I have never felt stronger or more confident about myself. Not only that but my clothes fit better as well. I highly recommend their personal training program. They are friendly and supportive through your whole experience.

I like the place, but the price is kinda stiff. We  only use treadmills, stairs master that constantly filled and and had to wait. Then, for 4 weeks to wait and getting it fix. carpet in the women locker room. Remain the mysterious ODOR!!? Maria constantly cleans and the foot odor of the carpet remains.  I feel bad for The women locker room maintenance. Sometimes some shady lady, wore a diaper and soiled the jacuzzi. They have to closed the place and drained the jacuzzi. Then, at one point a lady soiled the shower room and didn't even clean itself.

Good facilities with pool,  racquet ball, equipment and all. But the smell in the locker rooms is absolutely horrible. Someone needs to figure out something about proper ventilation and adequate cleaning.

The bathroom always dirty. the staff is not on time in the morning. They have been late on a Sat when they open at 8am. Then nothing is ever done. Your card is charged on time but the staff cant show up to open the doors at 5am. That is what time they say they open? uacceptable tried of this place!!!

They often lock their door 30~40 mins prior to their official closing time, so if you come in during that time, you will feel extremely embarrassed, and will  have to wait for them to unlock the door for you. They just don't understand that people like me just need a 15 mins work out before getting home. Worst experience ever.
