I love this yoga studio!  After my first class my body breathed a sigh of relief. All of my interactions with the staff have been positive, kind and professional. Jennifer is so sweet and made me feel instantly welcomed. All the staff have been nothing but helpful and encouraging. I love helpful hints and they are given in a kind manner, never hurtful. The studio is not a cattle-call studio so I don’t feel claustrophobic and like I am just a number. I love the small-feel vibe. I feel so grateful to have had this studio recommended to me, it has been my saving grace!  I hope to return the favour to others.

Simply put....It's awesome!!!!  Amazing instructors who never make you feel out of sorts. Love the vibe and the atmosphere.  Big props to Jennifer and Jane.  Highly (highly) recommend.

It was my first time doing hot yoga here and I was very pleased. Kelly's class was fantastic and she helped me get into positions that I struggled with. Will definitely be going back.

I love this studio.  I am not your typical yogi.  I am 62, short and a little chubby.  I have practiced at many studios around the world and this is as friendly, welcoming, caring and professional as it gets.  I love the variety of teachers as they all bring something very special to each class.  I really don't understand the negativity towards Jennifer.  She always remembers each person's name and greets you with a smile every day.
