Story

Bend Yoga will be opening a new location in Dundas, ON. Details to follow soon. Still offering Yoga, Thai Massage, Kettlebell-Yoga Fusion as well as yoga teacher training and Thai massage training.

This studio is like a second home! I have never felt so supported in a fitness class like I have with Joanne and Natalie!! They have made me love exercising so much and I look forward to every class! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great community and great workout!

I absolutely adore Bend Spin & Yoga. I've done a ton of spinning and personal training in the past and this is by far the best studio I've ever joined. The staff are very knowledgable, well trained and energetic. They keep it fun - mixing it up and keeping you coming back for more. I love the spin and I love the classes. And Joanne the owner is amazing - super kind and helpful!
All of the yoga classes I attend with Joanne or Leanne are excellent both are so welcoming and friendly. They take the time at the beginning to get to know all the participants and assess each individuals need of focus for the class. All the grounding of the yoga practice is present along with helpful tips for addressing individual needs. The class is always engaging interesting and inspiring. It is gentle attention to detail for each individual and my results are always so beneficial. Never are we encouraged to go beyond are abilities. They are non judgmental and uplifting. I come away with calmness and accomplishment. My body is grateful for the experience and content with the reduced pain in joints and muscles. Joanne is always looking for fresh and creative ways to share her expertise and mastery. Grateful and happy with Bend Spin and Yoga Studio. Namaste Rosemary
This studio is the best I have ever belonged to. They get to know your personal fitness goals and Incorporate them into the classes. I love the yoga, kettle bells, spin, and HITT classes. All are geared to every fitness level. The studio is also extremely clean. All the fitness instructors are extremely knowledgable and hands on. It’s my happy place.

I have followed Joanne from her old Dundas location to this new one because she offers what I consider a top notch and unique program. Her energy is contagious, her personal touch is second to none she know everyone by name and always ask how you are doing, she makes everyone feel welcome, her studio is clean, equipment is in great shape. I could go on but I have to go and I think you get the idea!
