I love the work done here, but front end staff don't seem very in tune with the rest of the store, or any bit quick. Went in to get a price on my bike repair, had the front guy tell me it'll be until Tuesday (this was Thursday at the time). However, the back end guy took the time to explain the needed repairs, and listen to me and my complaints about the bike. They did everything I needed in one day! Now, went into get my bike. Had to wait at least 10 min as the one guy obviously ignored me and went to help another customer who had walked in 5 min after me. Other guy spent the whole time chit chatting with another customer not bothering to greet me or anyone else. Overall high quality repair but front end could be a little quicker.

Friendly knowledgeable staff but pricing for repairs and parts are out of most causal rider's budget. If you're a serious rider needing top-of-the-line parts, this place is great. If you're like me and can live with mid-range or used parts, this place may be out of your price range.

The shop is very well laid out and they stock a wide variety of bikes to suit everyone's needs from casual rider to road racer. I especially like the assortment of accessories as they are modern and sleek. One of the thing I've learned is they stay on top of the trends. I love gadgets and they have plenty. They also can tell if what you are looking for in terms of a bike is right for your needs. If you want a cheap bike, go to Kijiji. If you want something that they will back 110% then go here! Plus, if you enjoy riding, make sure to get the bike fitting done. It means the world of a difference!

Just got my bike back after upgrading to 1 X 10. Great quality XT crank installed!! This means more fun on Niagara trails. Thanks to everyone at bikefit. Professional services no matter what your needs from beginner to pro. Great bikes from Bianchi, Marin, Trek and more. Be sure to check them out!
