Have ordered parts multiple times in past, prices good and shipping (to Canada) prompt. On a recent order, I was sent the wrong part. They rectified the situation within one day and correct part was on its way. Great service!

If you want parts don't waste your time here .sent wrong items and wanted to only refund me minis postage and 15% restocking fee after going back to Amazon they agreed to send the right parts and would ship immediately ! After waiting another week they said it had shipped and gave a 22 digit tracking number that says the carrier had not received to order and only a shipping label was printed. I just asked Amazon for refund and ordered somewhere else. We need to band together and make Amazon only choose reputable sellers. I tried to reorder this item from them and found the price had increased 900% maybe that is why I can't get them to send it

Upon reading reviews for this store I'm cancelling my order. I've had too much bad luck with shipping lately and I'm not taking another chance if every third review says the same thing. Its been almost a week and your 2-3 day fulfillment time has long past, still hasn't shipped. I hope this goes to show that reviews DO make a difference.

Worst dealing I have ever had with an online mail order. I ordered 2 separate wheels, at a questionable price. Of course I knew it was too good to be true, and I get an separate emails for both items saying “Unfortunately, we only had a limited quantity of the wheels available at the clearance price of $xx.xx The item is currently unavailable and your order has been cancelled. We have issued a full refund”. When I placed my order, there was said to be 41+ Front wheels and 26+ Rear wheels. If there was none for me to buy, why did it let me buy them and why were there so many but I’m out the wheels? I believe they pulled the orders reverse and I got knocked out of line for my wheels even though I placed my order early on. Not only am I out my wheels, but they did not have the decency to even call and explain the blunder they pulled here, just a quick email and refund. Very professional, I will never do business with this company again.

Good selection and prices. Easy when I needed to make a return. I needed a part quickly in prep for a long distance bike trip and Niagara got me what I needed fast.
