Exceptional service!!!!! My mom has been to bike shops from TO to Niagara Falls and the service at this store in St. Catharines was exemplary. We came in with many riding and bike rack issues and they offered many options and walked us through them step by step....problem solving, navigating and finally being the first to come up with something that would work for my elderly mom who loves to ride. A special thanks to Kyle and Connie who went above and beyond any customer service we've ever experienced. Thank you both!!! Connie also recommended a great cafe around the corner that serves a fantastic lunch. If only every experience out shopping could be this amazing. If you're looking for bike specialists and superb service go to Liberty!!!! Thanks again 😁

Awesome. Great vibe, great selection and they found me the perfect bike. They were also patient when I left to go think about it, no awful high pressure sales. They seem to be playing the long game in customer service rather than trying to pinch you for every penny with your first purchase. Well done guys, thanks!

I work at a bike shop in Toronto and my little sister lives in St Catharines. I was having a hard time finding a shop that would service her electric wheel chair wheels. Quick call to Liberty and Kyle said they had no problems getting it done. My sister then when in and was really happy with how helpful they were. Thanks! Means a lot!
