Super fun! My wife and I rented out a tandem bike and road along the Niagara river, it was a blast! The people at Zoom Bike rentals were super helpful, pointed out on the map which route to take and were very cheerful! We would recommend this place if you want to rent a bike in downtown Niagara to see the sites! :) the price is good too! Only 40 bucks for the two of us for 3 hours, worth it!

I had a very bad experience with them. Eventually we didn't rent the bikes we booked because this rental location in Niagara Falls was closed. They said that they left me a message telling me that it was closed but received none. When I called their solution was to call a cab and reach their rental location in Niagara on the lake. They didn't even bothered to send someone so that we could rent the bikes.
