Best day ever! So far the weather was awesome but Steve and Martin was pretty great with us. We were the only two on the tour so we had the lucky opportunity to have a "private tour". We had fun, Martin is a storyteller like no one. Biking around NOTL like we were living around is an experience like no other. We had a lot of fun and we will came back with friends to take that experience again for sure! Thanks again boys, awesome adventure today!!!
I was searching for a bike winery tour for my girlfriend's birthday when I came across Vino Velo. Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I gave them a call and was beyond impressed with Steve's professionalism and thorough responses to my many, many questions. You could tell right off the bat how passionate and genuine Steve was about this lovely experience. I ended up booking the picnic included tour and was not disappointed. Steve provided the option to have the entire tour be wineries or adjust the itinerary to include a distillery, which we did. Our amazing guide Martin was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight to our stops and surrounding area throughout the ride. It was an absolute pleasure, everything you could expect from a tour and so much more. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Highly recommend Vino Velo if you’re looking for a bike and wine tour in NOTL. Steve was great and our tour guide Martin was fantastic as well. Reif winery was a great experience as well as we had our tasting in a private room and got to sample several different wines. Overall fantastic experience and we will use Vino Velo again.
We took the Amore Velo tour during out get-away to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We've only done one guided bike tour before this but Steve was great in giving us direction, helping us plan a possible route, and making sure we were comfortable with our bikes neither of us are big bikers. Steve even made sure we knew that he was only ever a phone call away - so if we just got sick of biking, he'd get us. We had an absolutely amazing time and a self-guided tour I think is perfect for couples; we got to go at our own pace, slow down where we wanted, chat with folks, etc. The highlight for us was finally heading into town after hitting a few wineries, grabbing a few picnic items from Cheese Secrets, and then heading down to the water to watch the sunset. I can't recommend this enough!
Had the most amazing day doing a bike tour with vino velo! They were so nice and I loved the bike they gave me to ride. I could feel the stress melting away as we were lead though the gorgeous Niagara countryside. Steve and Marci were awesome and it was so great to be in such a small group compared the big tour groups we saw around. We had such a relaxing day and I can’t get over how comfortable and fun my bike was. Thanks for a great day!
Probably one of the best experiences you will have in Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country I took my wife on the 1/2 day bike if wine tour for our first wedding anniversary and let me tell you Steve and his team did not let us down From the super personal pre trip chats to the actual day of the trip Steve and his team made us feel like we gold making sure we had a pleasurable experience which was delivered! Don’t have a bike don’t worry steve has you covered included in his package are the bikes and they are a very comfortable ride If anyone is looking for a way to see some of Niagara’s amazing wineries make sure you go see steve first and he will get you all geared up and point you in the right direction of some spectacular views and some amazing wines! What a fantastic place to rent bikes! We booked a self guided wine tour from Vino Velo and we had a blast going around all the wineries that the owner Steve suggested. We even got compliments from other people on our cool bikes. We were very well taken care of by Steve and would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara.
