Big T's has one mission...serve up the best tasting American diner cuisine anywhere in the Columbia River Gorge.

A family owned restaurant it's current location since December, 2011, Big T's Chef Tim has tried all the best diner recipes, and then thrown in a few flavors of his own to create a mouth-watering menu serving up everything from traditional "bacon and eggs" breakfasts to the
Big "T" Burger, with something for everyone in between.

I would highly recommend this place. The food was excellent and quite plentiful. The service from the young man was prompt and courteous. He was a definitely an asset to the business. I think his name was Morgan but I am not sure. If you are in the area, you should consider this place.

Good view of the river and comfortable atmosphere. It's a house which has been turned in to a restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast and learned they're known for there portions, they're BIG. My husband had biscuits & gravy, i had corned beef hash. Both meals were BIG portions and tasty. The server, Dawn, was very attentive and helpful as this was our first time and we had questions. They have an employee, Colleen, that was wiping down each page on each menu. I'm all for sterilizing the menus. Next time we're in the area we plan to go back as there's many items on the menu we're eager to try. Thank you for a good experience, and it was nice to meet Colleen.

Ordered our son the mini corn dogs, the corn dogs were green like their deep fryer hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. We drove from Portland and we were tired, so we decided to stop in since there was excellent reviews. The waitress was nice, but when we got there we seen some one get up really quick like we woke them up from a nap, and quickly wiped the drool from their face. There was only one other person when we got there. After we pointed out our green corn dogs, he re-made them and said they were just under cooked, then re-made them and they came out green again. My pulled pork that I ordered the bun was soggy. Hopefully they can make it, but this was a horrible experience.

Absolutely a wonderful breakfast with very friendly service. Best bacon I've had in a while. Delicious French toast (not soggy). I can't wait to come back and visit again.

Damn fine eatery in beautiful little Stevenson WA; casual and low key, with fantastic sandwiches (A+ patty melt with crispy tater tots) and very attentive and friendly service staff. Great old converted Victorian house setting with gorge views. Excellent place for any meal - no alcohol but a short jaunt to either of Stevenson's excellent brew pubs.
