Big Hit - Park Lawn

Love this place! It's spacious and clean. They provide boxing gloves if you don't have your own. There's showed and changerooms available. After an energetic class of kickboxing, you get a cool towel to refresh yourself. I especially like that every participant gets a Bob instead of having to spar with a partner. Definitely get more of a workout this way. Instructors are attentive and walks around the room and repeats demos individually to make sure you are doing it properly.

Love this place!! The instructors are AMAZING! The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My first time they showed me how to wrap my hands properly and we're super patient teaching me. They clearly care about everyone who walks in the door. The facility is always very clean as is all of the equipment. The class schedule fits in very well with my calendar, with a large variety of different classes. So happy that I found Big Hit to help me achieve my personal fitness goals!

Best fitness studio in Etobicoke! Perfect for fat burning, body shaping, self defense skills and even social networking all at once! Great vibe with cool music that gets you so motivated. Very clean and spacious place with nice shower and change rooms. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Big Hit Studios has changed my body in ways I could of never imagined. There is a wide variety of classes, taught by amazing coaches who all have different styles. I especially love the high energy, high intensity and welcoming vibe consistently offered by the staff and instructors. Could not recommend this place enough!
