At Avalon Fitness, we are committed to improving health through physical activity in the comfort of a clean and non-intimidating environment. We have dedicated ourselves to helping those aged 40+ improve their quality of life by means of individualized exercise programs, therapeutic care and nutritional counseling. We help our clients realize their personal potential by offering innovative fitness solutions while encouraging safe and effective training. An on site kitchen provides healthy foods, smoothies and catering services for that special occasion. In addition to the wonderful services we provide, Avalon Fitness also offers ongoing social outings, health seminars and fitness workshops. Here at Avalon Fitness, we

We booked a one bedroom apt for our 10-day stay in Toronto with my husband and 6 month old baby. Great amenities and services and great location! We felt safe , close to everything we needed and within a walking distance to practically all you can see in Toronto. The apartment itself is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen area and laundry have all that could be needed. we requested a 2-day parking spot and Connie was very quick to respond and was always available to answer any of our questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend
Great location. Stayed for 2 weeks. Being as I was there by myself for 2 weeks, I felt absolutely safe. There is a controlled entry to get into the lobby and each floor. Was able to walk everywhere and was a block away from the subway station. The unit was clean and Avalon suites was just a phone call away for any problems or if you needed more supplies. Would definitely stay at Avalon Suites again should I need to return to Toronto in the future.
We checked in on Christmas Eve and the staff was nice enough to wait for us to arrive despite several delays. We booked for 3 pax but they only catered amenities for 2. However, it was quickly settled the next day. The neighbourhood was safe and there was a lot of nice food and high end shopping around. We enjoyed the location. There was a gym which opened till 11pm so it was great. However, we were only provided with 1 set of toiletries for a 5 night stay. I think more attention could be put into ensuring our stay was catered to but otherwise it's a good one.
We came to the Avalon for Halloween weekend in Toronto. It was waaayyy nicer than we expected! Especially for the price. The area seemed to be a very high end area as well, as designer businesses were all over every block. We were contacted by Connie before even arriving and she was always available to answer our questions and help us with whatever we need. Honestly, this hotel would get full stars if the other staff was more like Connie. She was amazing the entire time! Responded quickly, communicated with us well, and made sure our demands were met. On top of having a really sweet personality! She even helped us lug our bags up the stairs because the elevators from the parking garage were down. We loved this location and unit. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Communication with the Avalon team was excellent from booking to departure. The location is excellent - close to the TTC subway, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars and museums. We plan to make this building our first choice whenever we are in Toronto. It was a great experience
Unsafe, Rude Staff, Appliances didn't work. Firstly, someone unlocked my door while I was asleep and came in my room. They left after I yelled "wrong room" multiple times. It was not room service either. Secondly, the lobby concierge workers are very rude. This is a high class area, but they treat you like this is a motel. He asked me to "hurry up" and leave the lobby after I was just silently sitting for 45minutes with my luggage after my checkout. Thirdly, the appliances in the suite did not work. My shower was clogged. The bathtub was flooded to the top with water after 1 shower. Some of the lighting did not work also. Also there was no extra toilet paper or toiletries. I had to go get those myself. Only positive thing I can say.. is that it's a beautiful and convenient area, with a decent gym.
Room was clean and location in a safe area. Air conditioning system off and a window has a small portion opened up to provide cooling...here's their message when I asked about the heat..The A/C function has been switched off for the season by the building. As such, the suite only has the heating option available. We recommend you turn off the thermostat entirely to allow for the temperature to drop.
Fantastic location with shops, transit. Restaurants and university all nearby . Beautiful view from 22nd floor. Nice to have the extra space in living room and washer/dryer handy to have in suite. Enjoyed the gym in the building as well. Will definitely stay here again when back in Toronto.
My stay at the furnished apartment was great. Connie, who handled my check-in and guided me throughout this stay, was a delight. The unit is located very close to Museum Station and to local 'landmarks'. I moved here from a serviced hotel and found the experience to be more pleasant.Rooms: 4/5
We stayed in this condo while visiting in Toronto, perfect for my husband and me and our daughter, who slept on the couch. Yorkville is a great location close to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Royal Ontario Museum ROM and the TTC multiple stations. Tracy was wonderful, met us upon check-in to ensure that we had everything we needed. When we requested some things, she was able to get them to us quickly and always with a smile! We didn’t use the small kitchenette but the unit was well stocked with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. The building was very secure. And the view from our unit on the 27th floor was great! We would definitely stay here again!
