A great space for anyone who is just starting thier fitness journey or looking to improve it. A well equipped gym. You can workout alone, with a trainer or part of a group. Trainers and the owners are a bunch of passionate people making this my favorite place to play.

A fantastic place to work and work out. As a trainer who has seen gyms all over the world, OTC is among my favourite! Friendly people and enough equipment to suit anyone's needs.

OTC is a great space for anyone who is serious about making a change in their lives! All the equipment you need, and passionate & experienced trainers to help you reach your goals. What else could you ask for?

I'd click on another star if I could. This facility is everything you need to improve your level of fitness. Amazing equipment, friendly and knowledgable staff and the best protein shakes in town! Thanks OTC for the amazing services!

Great energy. Great facility with knowledgeable trainers. I attended OTC for the deadlift Challenge. I found the owners to be AMAZING. They gave me a tour of the facility and an incredible story of how they started. The facility is CLEAN. I mean really clean. There is a camaraderie amongst the members and the staff. I highly recommend OTC if in the Etobicoke or Mississauga area. They have lots of parking, top notch equipment and train everything from top level athletes to moms and dads looking to get healthier and stronger.
