Story

The Orangetheory Fitness training session is comprised of three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing and weight room or resistance training blocks. These Orange 60 sessions are open to all adults and teens, ages 16 and older. All fitness levels are welcome as our program is specifically designed for everyone from power walkers to elite performance athletes.

As you plan to participate in your first Orange 60 workout, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time so we can educate and prepare you for the most efficient, science-based workout you will ever experience. Call your nearest studio to book your first complimentary workout.

If weight loss is your goal, you can expect to see an estimated loss of three to five pounds per week by attending three to five sessions per week and with proper nutritional planning. If performance is your goal, you can expect to see an increase in power, speed and strength after your first two weeks of attending two to four sessions per week.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training. Get ready to Base Push All Out. TM

Great class but poor customer service and terrible parking. First off they enrolled me into their two times a week program and then shared AFTER I signed the paperwork that you had to buy their proprietary watch/ monitor. I didn't mind buying it but knowing about a $90 additional fee should be shared before you register. Not the moment after your register. This location also has limited parking available. There are plenty of spots just never a spot to actually park in. It's under a condo building and beside a metro so you can imagine. They also don't let you into class if you are 5 min. late. Not sure why- you have paid and they haven't filled the spot nor do they instruct in a way that a late comer could not be able to catch up. I have lost a couple of classes now due to driving around for 25 minutes of looking for parking. Pretty disappointed with the features mentioned above. It's too bad because the classes are a lot of fun.

The staff and trainers are exceptional! Im a Canadian Country Artist and I’m currently training for a summer tour and this is exactly the kind of endurance training I need! Thank you guys for the amazing service and incredible work outs! David Boyd Janes

I arrived for my trail session and I was turned away today. They asked that I be there by 6:15am for an orientation before the class starts at 6:45am, unfortunately I was late and arrived at 6:22am. I can understand policy but I would recommend that at the time of the booking please make it very clear that if you arrive late you will not be admitted. Many thanks. R

OTF Parklawn is amazing! The staff are super friendly especially the coaches, the head coach Bobby, and April. I love how there is always something going on in the studio that challenges you, such as competitions, etc. I never thought I could consistently lose over 500 calories per class but I do and it feels great!

I love that I don't have to walk into the gym and figure out what to do! The entire work out is already planned and it's one that will address cardio, core, abs and strength training.I also love that each day is a different work out - so there's no staleness in the routine and I am working different muscle groups each time.The coaches are amazing, inspiring and always ready to motivate and provide modifications.The members are very supportive and there's a great feeling of camaraderie among members.The staff are friendly.The results speak for themselves. I have lost over 20lbs. I am fitter, leaner, stronger and (ahem) sexier! All I need to do, is SHOW UP! :)Salima Special shout outs to Benjamin, Bobby, Matt. Danielle, Tovah, Amy and April xo
