The staff at the gym are great! The equipment is new, and the gym has several truly impressive machines most gyms don't have. I have known the trainers for several years now, and although my track record hasn't been perfect in regards to my fitness, that is no fault but my own. They give you all the tools you need to get fit, and they actually want to see you succeed. Their in-person training techniques are impressive, and If you are serious about getting fit, I would recommend this gym and these trainers. I have tried countless different methods and gyms, and I would highly suggest starting here with these coaches!!
