I love Extreme. I have been to many gyms in my life and I have had no better experience then here feels like a second home. All the equipment you need and AC. Everyone is happy to help. The personal training no matter what level you are in your fitness journey is incredible. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone Interested on starting there fitness journey.
Came back to this gym after Covid, and wow they have cleaned up their act. Natasha was an amazing sales rep who got my kids sorted with an affordable monthly membership. My kids can train 7 days a week. They have incredible coaches! Sandy is just the absolute best, followed by Stu and Nick and Matt. Great staff all round. Glad to be back
The staff is amazing and super friendly. I was given a 4 day trial at the gym and was super impressed with the facility and how nice the staff was. If you have any questions they are more then willing to help you in the best way possible. I would recommend this gym for anyone looking to improve themselves or anyone interested in martial arts.
Excellent MMA & Fitness Gym. There isn't anything like it in the area. I've been going here for years. Now our entire family is signed up. There is a wide range of gym goers here i.e. beginners, casuals, lifters, cross trainers, those looking to get back in shape, and those in MMA competition. The kids memberships are awesome - so many classes included at multiple times per day. Kids could do about 2 hours of MMA almost every day if they wanted to. Our kids do the jujitsu, boxing, and kickboxing/muay thai classes. The kids that compete often win competitions or place near the top and everyone has fun. Compare that to other activities where the kids go once or twice per week and the value really adds up. When the kids are in the MMA classes, I will lift weights, jump on the treadmill or do a boxing class. So it's a double benefit kids' activity + adult fitness. For adults the gym has a great mix classes for both those interested in high level MMA and those interested in learning MMA for fitness, and also general fitness classes. Don't be intimated by the name - it is welcoming/family owned gym.
4 months ago I walked into this gym and was immediately greeted by some of the nicest people in gym culture I’ve ever met. I wanted to get my physique back to where it was and with the help of personal trainers Ken and Sandy, I was able to get back into shape extremely fast. The men and women at the front desk always say hello and know me by name and seem to know everyone else in the gym by name which is amazing to see. Highly recommend this gym and will be coming back next summer!!
Joined after a long time away from a gym to do some rehab from an injury. Tons of variety that allowed me to get back into it slowly. With the help of a trainer I was fully healed in 4 months. I am now a full time member. Great place, and really nice people--- staff and clients. If you are injured, I highly recommend their physio staff. Very skilled.
I signed up at Xtreme Couture a month ago and I’m really pleased with my decision. It’s a great gym with friendly staff, the classes are fantastic and it’s overall a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape and change things up.
I've been coming here for over a year, and I am in love with this place. You can do any kind of martial arts, and all instructors are qualified and professional. The weight room has everything you can ask for. Everyone is kind and always available if you need anything, they make you feel like part of a family. Love it!
I have been a member of xtreme couture for a 2 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I have grown so much as a martial artist, gotten to work with amazing people and coaches. And everyone on staff is so nice. It’s amazing that this place has everything you need to train - from a traditional gym with machines, weights, ect, to the mats, cage and ring for martial arts. just such an all around good place, I would recommend to anyone.
Great gym that offers a wide variety of equipment and classes to choose from. The staff and trainers are always very nice, friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
