I love this store. Not only are there great deals to be had, the staff is exceptional. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with at this store has been nothing but kind and helpful. Always going out of their way to dig something out of the back for me and answer all my questions. I recently made a big purchase, that unfortunately had some damaged parts. Kim went above and beyond to find me replacement parts, always communicating with me with status updates and accommodating my pick up/drop off needs. It's so rare to find good customer service anywhere these days. The staff at this store seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. Thanks to all of them for what they do!
I feel like a shout out to the manager Kim at the Chilliwack location is totally necessary. She was quick at coming up with a solution. Kim was positive and throughout our conversation she made me feel heard and took the steps necessary to replace the item. She did not make me feel bad for coming to her. Being vocal with positivity and praising those who go out of there way is a beautiful thing! Thanks Kim! Lisa
This store in general is great but the chilliwack location specifically is incredible! We bought a fridge with them a few months ago which ended up needing a repair. As soon as we contacted them they had their contractors out to take a look/replace the part within a week!
The staff at BB Outlet are marvellous. I was in the shop last week looking for an inflatable kayak. They happened to have a couple in stock. The prices were amazingly good, and they went out of their way to find a missing piece for me.
Terrible store. Just terrible. Management was horribly unprofessional. They facilitate the practice of offering individuals offers of employment then just ~changing their minds~. Bought moldy milk there in 2016, disappointed. The one thing this store has going for it, is the cranberry juice

Do yourself a favor and visit the big box for some amazing deals on amazing products!! Kim the manager set me up with some beautiful top grain furniture that was seen on their Facebook News feed well below value!! I couldn't be happier and would gladly give 5 exceptional stars!
I wanted to leave a review for the manager of the Chilliwack store. Her name is Kim and she dealt with an issue I was having with a product I bought in the store. She went so far above and beyond to help me and made sure I was satisfied not only satisfied but smiling as well. Her willingness to help and her kind demeanour is what every store should be so lucky to have. Thanks as well to Ryan for helping her figure it all out.
We love shopping at big box Chillawack store . They have very good stuff. Not too expensive we just moved to chillawack and purchased some furniture we got a very good deal . What a great customer service . Amazing staff members I wish I could remember her name she is awesome and Kim manager she is super unique. Extremely helpful.
All the staff at Chilliwack Big Box Outlets are the most friendliest Staff I have ever dealt with. The Store Manager Kim is the most helpful Sole I have ever met. Kudos to this store you all ROCK !!!
