Only just learned about this place but there are a few different locations all with different stock that gets added to weekly. It's all discounted overstock/discontinued items from Costco, so litterly something for everyone. Clothes, tools, electronics, appliances, toys and some food items too. If u like deals give this place a try
What I take offence to is an older guy following me around asking me if I need help and it’s like a shadow following me around. I shop at your store numerous times and I was just about ready to drop what I came looking for and leaving and not returning. I am quite capable of taking care of myself and if and when I need help I am capable of asking. I realize that you may be concerned about individuals stealing stuff however come on if you were that concerned hire a security guard and place him at the door. You left a serious bad bad taste in my mouth and would think twice about entering your store again and trust me word of mouth talk will do you no good!
This place was a total gem! We walked in and found exactly what we needed right away, and there were so many other great options to choose from. I’ll definitely be back to take my time and explore more. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our shopping experience a breeze.nnWe also met Gerry, who was an absolute delight! This guy was hilarious and funny, helped us make the perfect choice, and even gave us a great deal.nnThe next day, we came back to pick up our washer and dryer, and the staff was there to help us right away. They even loaded it onto the trailer for us, which was a huge plus.nnI’m definitely going back to this place!
I love shopping at the Big Box Outlet in Chilliwack. They always have unique items at discounted prices, from home goods to electronics. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the shopping experience really easy. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking to save money and find great products!
Me and my partner were here browsing what felt like unkempt piles of stuff everywhere when a screaming match broke out between a customer and a cashier. Oddly enough the customer was completely right as we overheard her ask the cashier several time to ensure a correct price, and the associate had attitude and overcharged her. Instead of holding empathy towards the customer - 6 employees stood behind the cash staring at the interaction arguing . This might explain why the store is in absolute disarray. It was the worst BBO store I've ever been in and there was rat droppings everywhere and on several pieces of furniture. We had every intention of mentioning it to the manager - but opted out of the WW3 that was happening behind the counter. Probably will never go back here again.
